Prohibited Activities

When using our Service, you must not:

1. Illegal or Harmful Content

  • Upload, process, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload, process, or transmit any content that contains child exploitation material, promotes terrorism, or depicts violence.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

2. Malicious Code and Security Violations

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that contains malicious code, including viruses, trojans, worms, spyware, adware, or other potentially harmful programs.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any network connected to the Service.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any authentication or security measures implemented by us.

3. Spam and Abusive Behavior

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
  • Use the Service to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service.
  • Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information from other users for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or other communications.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Intellectual Property Violations

  • Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret) of any third party.
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Service.

5. Misuse of DocumentsFlow Resources

  • Use the Service to process documents that you do not have the legal right to process or analyze.
  • Use excessive amounts of computing resources in a way that disrupts or degrades the performance of the Service for other users.
  • Conduct benchmarking or performance testing of the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than those expressly permitted by our Terms of Service.

6. Other Prohibited Activities

  • Use the Service to promote or facilitate illegal activities.
  • Use the Service to discriminate against or harass any individual or group.
  • Use the Service in a manner that would subject us to any liability or cause us to violate any regulations, laws, or third-party agreements.

Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this AUP. We may:

  1. Remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this AUP.
  2. Report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties.
  3. Suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to support@documentsflow.com. Please provide as much detail as possible about the violation, including any evidence, to help us investigate the matter.

Changes to This AUP

We may update our AUP from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new AUP on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this AUP periodically for any changes.
